By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the following Shipping Policy.

Animal Welfare First

Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves the right to delay, hold, or reschedule any shipment if weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances could place live animals at risk.

We will never knowingly ship an animal into unsafe conditions.

Safe arrival is more important than rapid delivery.

Shipping Season

Our primary live-animal shipping season generally runs from:

March through November

Shipping availability may vary based on:

  • Origin temperatures

  • Destination temperatures

  • Weather forecasts

  • Carrier performance

  • Animal condition

Shipping may be paused during periods of extreme heat, cold, severe weather, or carrier instability.

Open Web Program™

Orders placed through our Open Web Program™ may be held until appropriate shipping conditions exist.

Customers participating in the Open Web Program™ acknowledge that:

  • Shipment dates are not guaranteed.

  • Orders may be held for extended periods.

  • Multiple orders may be combined.

  • Tiny Coven Jumpers determines safe shipping windows.

  • Animal welfare takes priority over customer shipping preferences.

Shipping Methods

Tiny Coven Jumpers utilizes professional shipping methods appropriate for live animals.

Available methods may include:

  • UPS Overnight

  • UPS Next Day Air

  • Other approved carrier services

Shipping options may change based on carrier performance and seasonal considerations.

Packaging Standards

Every shipment is prepared using industry-standard live-animal shipping practices, which may include:

  • Insulated packaging

  • Heat packs

  • Cold packs

  • Ventilated containers

  • Secure specimen cups

  • Moisture management materials

  • Protective cushioning

Packaging methods are selected based on weather conditions and species requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Monitoring shipment tracking information

  • Being available to receive deliveries

  • Reviewing local ownership laws and regulations

  • Contacting us promptly regarding shipping concerns

Tiny Coven Jumpers is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information.

Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that all shipping information is correct before shipment.

Tiny Coven Jumpers is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries caused by customer error

  • Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections

Hold for Pickup

In some circumstances, Hold for Pickup service may be recommended or required.

This option can improve animal safety during periods of extreme weather and may be necessary for certain destinations.

Customers will be notified when Hold for Pickup is recommended.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Live-animal shipments may be eligible for protection under our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Guarantee eligibility, requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures are outlined in our separate Live Arrival Guarantee Policy.

Customers are encouraged to review that policy before placing an order.

Combining Orders

Tiny Coven Jumpers may combine multiple eligible orders into a single shipment whenever practical.

Benefits may include:

  • Reduced shipping costs

  • Consolidated deliveries

  • Open Web Program™ order fulfillment

Refusal of Shipment

Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves the right to refuse shipment if:
