Tiny Coven Jumpers LLC is an Idaho-based breeder and retailer of captive-bred jumping spiders, feeder insects, isopods, bioactive supplies, and educational resources.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Animal Welfare Policy

Animal welfare is our highest priority.

Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel shipments when weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances may place live animals at risk.

We will never knowingly ship an animal into unsafe conditions.

3. Open Web Program™

The Open Web Program™ allows customers to reserve and purchase animals throughout the year, including periods when weather conditions prevent safe shipment.

By participating in the Open Web Program™, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Orders may be held for extended periods.

  • Shipment dates are not guaranteed.

  • Tiny Coven Jumpers determines when conditions are safe for shipping.

  • Multiple orders may be consolidated into a single shipment.

  • Animals may continue growing and developing while being held.

  • Animal welfare takes priority over shipping speed.

Participation in the Open Web Program™ constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. Live Animal Purchases

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ownership of purchased species is legal within their local jurisdiction.

Tiny Coven Jumpers is not responsible for violations of state, county, municipal, or international regulations.

By placing an order, customers certify that they are legally permitted to own the species being purchased.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping dates are dependent upon:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier availability

  • Animal health and condition

  • Seasonal considerations

Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves the right to delay shipment at its sole discretion when conditions are deemed unsafe.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Monitoring tracking information

  • Being available to receive deliveries

  • Reporting any issues promptly

6. Live Arrival Guarantee

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only when all published shipping requirements have been met.

To qualify, customers must:

  • Accept delivery on the first delivery attempt when applicable.

  • Notify Tiny Coven Jumpers of any issue within two (2) hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs when requested.

Failure to meet these requirements may void the guarantee.

Guarantee terms may be updated periodically and are governed by the separate Live Arrival Guarantee policy.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or cancellations may be offered at the sole discretion of Tiny Coven Jumpers.

Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees or non-refundable deposits.

Open Web Program™ reservations may be subject to additional terms outlined at the time of purchase.

8. Educational Content Disclaimer

Information provided through this website, care guides, videos, social media content, newsletters, and educational materials is intended for general informational purposes only.

Husbandry practices may vary between keepers, environments, and species.

Tiny Coven Jumpers makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes resulting from the use of educational materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Coven Jumpers LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of animals

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Events beyond reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.

10. Intellectual Property
