At Tiny Coven Jumpers LLC, we take every reasonable measure to ensure that your animals arrive healthy and safely. Every shipment is packed using professional live-animal shipping practices and is scheduled only when weather conditions are considered safe.
Because live-animal shipping involves factors beyond our control, customers are required to review and comply with the following Live Arrival Guarantee terms.
Our Commitment
Tiny Coven Jumpers guarantees that all live animals are shipped in good health and packaged appropriately for prevailing weather conditions.
Animal welfare is our highest priority, and we reserve the right to delay shipment whenever conditions are considered unsafe.
Guarantee Eligibility
To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee, customers must:
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Be available to receive the shipment on the first delivery attempt.
Monitor tracking information throughout transit.
Follow any Hold for Pickup instructions when applicable.
Notify Tiny Coven Jumpers of any issue within two (2) hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs if requested.
Failure to meet these requirements may void the guarantee.
Covered Situations
The Live Arrival Guarantee may apply when:
An animal arrives deceased upon delivery.
An animal suffers a catastrophic shipping-related issue determined to have occurred during transit.
A shipment is lost by the carrier and cannot be recovered.
All claims are reviewed individually.
Exclusions
The Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply to circumstances including but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delayed customer retrieval of Hold for Pickup shipments.
Missed delivery attempts.
Carrier delays beyond our control after a successful live delivery.
Improper post-delivery husbandry.
Stress-related behavior following arrival.
Molting, fasting, hiding, or other normal animal behaviors.
Local ownership restrictions or confiscations.
Weather conditions ignored at the customer's request.
Claim Procedure
If an issue occurs, customers must:
Step 1
Contact Tiny Coven Jumpers within two (2) hours of delivery.
Step 2
Provide:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the shipping container
Clear photographs of the animal
Step 3
Allow Tiny Coven Jumpers reasonable time to review the claim.
Failure to submit required information may result in denial of the claim.
Resolution Options
Approved claims may result in one of the following remedies at Tiny Coven Jumpers' discretion:
Replacement animal
Store credit
Partial refund
Full refund
Availability of replacement animals is not guaranteed.
Weather Holds & Shipping Delays
Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves the right to delay shipments whenever weather conditions are unsafe.
Customers acknowledge that:
Shipping delays may occur.
Weather holds are implemented for animal safety.
Shipment timing is determined solely by Tiny Coven Jumpers.
These precautions are intended to maximize safe arrival and protect animal welfare.
Open Web Program™ Orders
Orders placed through the Open Web Program™ remain covered by this Live Arrival Guarantee once shipment occurs.
Participation in the Open Web Program™ does not alter guarantee eligibility requirements.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of Tiny Coven Jumpers under this guarantee shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected animal(s).
Tiny Coven Jumpers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipment or ownership of live animals.
Animal Welfare Policy
Our commitment is simple:
No animal will be knowingly shipped into conditions that place its health or safety at unreasonable risk.
We would rather delay a shipment than jeopardize the well-being of an animal in our care.
