The Tiny Coven Jumpers Open Web Program™ is a reservation, holding, and fulfillment system designed to allow customers to purchase animals and products year-round, even during periods when weather conditions make live-animal shipping unsafe.

Unlike traditional seasonal breeding operations that close sales during winter months, the Open Web Program™ allows customers to reserve inventory, secure future availability, and build orders while shipments are safely delayed until appropriate shipping conditions exist.

The program was created with one goal in mind:

Animal welfare comes before shipping speed.

Our Philosophy

At Tiny Coven Jumpers, we believe healthy arrivals are more important than fast arrivals.

Live animals are not ordinary products. Temperature extremes, severe weather, and carrier disruptions can create unnecessary risks during transit.

The Open Web Program™ allows us to continue serving customers throughout the year without compromising the safety and well-being of the animals in our care.

How the Program Works

Step 1: Reserve Your Animal

Customers may purchase available animals through our website regardless of season.

The animal is considered reserved once payment is successfully completed.

Step 2: We Hold Your Order

Your animal remains safely in our care until shipping conditions are considered appropriate.

During this period, we continue providing:

  • Food

  • Hydration

  • Husbandry

  • Monitoring

  • Routine care

Step 3: Safe Shipping Window

Once temperatures, weather conditions, and carrier performance meet our shipping standards, we will coordinate shipment.

Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves sole discretion in determining when conditions are appropriate for shipment.

Step 4: Delivery

Your order is shipped during the safest available shipping window and remains protected under our applicable shipping and live arrival policies.

Customers acknowledge that animals held through the Open Web Program™ may continue to:

  • Grow

  • Mature

  • Molt

  • Develop coloration

  • Experience normal biological changes

Individual appearance, size, and behavior may vary between reservation and shipment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the reservation nature of the Open Web Program™, approved cancellations may be subject to administrative fees, non-refundable deposits, or store credit limitations.

All cancellation requests are reviewed individually.

Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves the right to determine appropriate resolution options.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Open Web Program™ acknowledges that:

  • Live-animal shipping contains inherent risks

  • Carrier delays may occur

  • Weather conditions may affect fulfillment timelines

  • Shipping schedules are not guaranteed

Tiny Coven Jumpers' liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.

Program Modifications

Tiny Coven Jumpers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Open Web Program™ at any time without prior notice.
