Instead of rushing shipments during extreme heat or cold, we safely hold eligible orders until conditions are appropriate for live arrival.

Shop available inventory and place your order as usual.

2. We Hold Your Order Safely
If weather is unsafe for shipping, your order enters our Open Web holding system.

3. Combine Future Orders
Add feeders, supplies, or additional animals while your order is waiting.

4. Ship When Weather Allows
Once conditions are safe, we prepare and ship your order with animal welfare as the priority.
